In the area there are nice beaches with many facilities: windsurf, canoe, ping-pong, beach-volley, minigolf and so on. Next to the residence there’s a sporting centre with tennis courts, stadium, swimming-pool (baths for adults 25x12 m. and for children), solarium and gym.
Castiglione del Lago is a typical mediaeval village and you can get to the centre of it on foot.
