The Residence Ranieri is composed of five adjacent connecting buildings situated on the splendid shores of Lake Trasimeno, near the beach of Lido Arezzo. The historic centre of Castiglione is a typical medieval village of great interest with Palazzo Della Corgna and the medieval Fortress all within easy walking distance. All our rooms are in modern apartments with garden, independent entrance and TV. Some are accessible to the disabled. The public spaces have satellite TV. Our guests may also bring small pets and use other services such as the garage and the ‘L’ shaped pool with hydromassage.

A short distance from the complex are pleasantly shaded beaches, either with free access or equipped with chairs and parasols and with the possibility of sports such as windsurf, kitesurf, canoeing, ping-pong, beach volley etc. In the same area there are tennis courts, a football field, and an indoor pool. Within the Residence we have our original pool for the use of guests and also, on request, the Wellness and Fitness areas. And we have always received appreciation for our courtesy and the cleanliness of the surroundings.
